Morter HealthSystem - Instructors P. Sue Morter, B.S., D.C. Dr. Sue Morter is the head of a multi-disciplined B.E.S.T. wellness center in Indianapolis, which she founded 15 years ago. She teaches the concepts of energetic medicine, which are central to her practice, to fellow physicians as well as therapists and other health care providers all over the world.
