Morter HealthSystem - Instructors M. Ted Morter, III, B.S., D.C. Dr. Ted Morter, III has been a health care and practice management specialist for over 20 years. He is currently CEO of Morter HealthSystem, a corporation dedicated to bringing a revolutionary system of health care to the primary health physicians of the world. Dr. Ted has been CEO of one of the largest multi-discipline clinic groups in the country. He managed clinics in five states and his large personal injury practices, medical weight loss clinics, P.T. and Rehab clinics, and diagnostic centers were training facilities for doctors all around the nation. Dr. Ted is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, has served as First Vice President and on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Chiropractic Association. He is board certified in Thermography and has written many articles on this subject. Dr. Ted has been a successful convention speaker since 1989 and a radio show host from 1994 – 1997.
