Morter HealthSystem - Instructors Leonard B. Wilbert, B.S., D.C. Dr. Wilbert is a life long resident of the St. Louis area and graduated from the Logan College of Chiropractic with a B.S. and D.C. He has been in private practice for over 15 years. Dr. Wilbert is associated with the St. Louis Support Society of Sickle Cell Anemia, Missouri Chiropractic Association, and National Safety Board. He is currently a Master Diplomate Instructor of the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique.
