Would you like to have something di erent in your life? Are there parts of your life that you would like to change? The three main areas that most people would like to improve or change are rela onships, nances, and health. In order to make changes in any area of your life, you must examine your beliefs, as most of them were formed by the me you were two years old. All of your beliefs are suspect! Your beliefs determine your thoughts, ac ons, habits, and lifestyle. You may be thinking that you really want to make changes, but it hasn’t happened. Why not?
When you merely want to make changes, but take no ac on steps to change, you are crea ng more “want” in your life. When you experience a state of “wan ng,” you are feeling a state of “lack.” Your thoughts, associated with feelings, create chemicals in your body. Nega ve thoughts create chemicals that are needed to protect you in physical experiences. When this happens con nually, you eventually exhaust one or more of the systems in your body. In contrast, posi ve thoughts create chemicals that make you feel good. How you feel determines your lifestyle.
It is really very simple. Your feelings are created by your thoughts. Your thoughts are created by your beliefs. To change your life, you must change your beliefs!
