2022 is YOUR Year!

With every New Year, there is a feeling of clean-slate hope that sweeps across the globe. Another chance, another opportunity, another year to be the person you’ve always dreamed of being or do the things you’ve always dreamed of doing. Of course, if you don’t do anything different than you did in 2021, then 2022 will probably turn out the same for you. You can make all kinds of resolutions to change, and you have to take the action necessary to keep those resolutions alive!

For us, 2021 has been a year of building – building new programs, building new relationships, and building our foundation. And, perhaps we are always building, always laying the foundation for the life we choose to lead. However, 2021 has had its main focus on that for us, so that 2022 can be all about new beginnings. And, we are so excited for those! 

So, will 2022 be different for you? Most people seek to improve relationships, finances and health. In order to make changes in any area of your life, though, you must examine your beliefs. Because as Dr. Morter used to say, most of them were formed by the time you were two years old! All of your beliefs, therefore, are suspect! And, your beliefs determine your thoughts, actions, habits, and lifestyle. So, maybe you now want to make some changes. When you merely want to make changes, but take no action steps to change, you are creating more “want” in your life. When you experience a state of “wanting,” you are feeling a state of “lack.” Your thoughts, associated with feelings, create chemicals in your body.  Negative thoughts create chemicals that are needed to protect you in physical experiences. When this happens continually, you eventually exhaust one or more of the systems in your body. In contrast, positive thoughts create chemicals that make you feel good. And, how you feel determines your lifestyle.

It is really very simple. Your feelings are created by your thoughts.  Your thoughts are created by your beliefs. To change you life, you must change your beliefs. To change how things are going in your life – to steer it more directly to being your ideal dream life, you must take action steps to alter your beliefs. The most problematic belief most people have? That you are somehow not enough. Work on changing that belief, and see the amazing things that 2022 will offer you!
