Balance Negative With Positive

Did you realize that, at birth, our brains have no active negative memory pathways? At that point, we are an extension of pure spiritual creation. During gestation, all active neurological pathways, created in our subconscious memory, were positive and were used to regulate our internal environment hormonally. Our “thinking brain” did not originally contain any controlling active negative pathways, because it was created by a totally perfect and positive force. So, the “problem” begins after birth, when we begin to put negative energy of any kind into our brains. Negative information is transmitted by our five senses into the brain. The brain then creates new neurological pathways to process and store this negative information.

One single negative thought would probably not cause much of a problem; however, when we go from fear (created in the mind), to anxiety, to worry, to unworthiness, and then start all over again, problems are set in motion. Sometimes, even a child can create enough negative thinking and feelings to activate Subconscious Emotional Memory Override (SEMO).

To help reduce the amount of SEMO patterns taking hold, counteract your negative thoughts by replacing them with positive ones. Whenever you have a negative thought, quickly think or even say out loud, Cancel that thought! Sound simple? That part of the process is relatively simple. The next part takes much more thought, focus and feeling to do. After you have “cancelled” that negative thought, then you must think of something positive you got from the situation that caused you to have the negative thought. This is really difficult for some people, but it’s the most important part of the process. If you absolutely can’t think of something positive regarding the situation in that instant, then think of your happiest memory, favorite vacation, warmest relationship, etc. As you begin to do this on a regular basis, you’ll be reducing the amount of SEMO patterns you must eventually correct.

What if you have SEMO patterns from the past, which have already been formed? That’s what having a B.E.S.T. treatment helps you correct. Find a B.E.S.T. Practitioner near you to correct these patterns to unlock your healing power! Trade treatments if you are a B.E.S.T. Practitioner. Or, consider joining us for one of our Personal Care programs.
